Why brain training?
The amount of information inundating daily life doubles every two to three years, causing stress to increase at an alarming rate. Yet most people still pay little attention to the way they work. Do you want to work smarter and more efficiently?
Our brain training courses teach simple, brain-friendly techniques – such as making better use of both brain hemispheres – that will help you make substantial time gains in a more relaxed manner.
So how can you process large amounts of information more effectively? Simple: through speed reading, mind mapping (i.e., graphically structuring information), memory techniques and creative thinking, to name just a few examples.
By working smarter you can gain an invaluable commodity in today’s society: time. For example, participants learn to read faster while at the same time gaining a better grasp of content. Most demonstrably double their reading speed during the training, and through continued application of the acquired techniques ultimately increase their reading capacity (speed and comprehension) by a factor of three to four. The techniques you will learn are also used by the speed-reading world champion.
How can you improve your memory? Research has shown that after 24 hours we can only recall 20 percent of the information we read. This can be improved significantly by using the brain techniques you can learn in our sessions.
How do you remember simple things like the names of all your business partners or people you meet for the first time? How do you handle the growing flow of emails? How can you concentrate better? What influence does your environment have on your brain?
Our training programmes aim to create more rest in people’s day-to-day (work) activities and optimize the balance between their work and private lives through better working methods. The concept encompasses a combination of mutually reinforcing techniques.
